We accept returns of new, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. To request a return, contact us at [email protected].

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item received, and we’ll make it right.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions via email. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.
